Why is life so crazy and busy lately? I honestly don't know, other than my job has become much more demanding, Kody is in more classes, we both are heavily involved at church, we keep up with our friends and their sweet kids, we work late, eat dinner late, do homework, and really only spend about an hour collectively together during the work week. Makes me tired to type it all out.
However, sometimes I feel like God is really testing us. He knows that I am selfish with my time, he knows I don't like to travel much because of our issue, he knows my limit and laughs at me for thinking my limit is much less than what he has planned for me. I surrender!
Lately I just want to run in a dark closet and hide. I won't though. I keep saying it over and over in my head that to everything there is a season. This is my season right now. KT says we will sleep when we're dead!
This is a season of life for us. Kody will graduate and be DONE with school some day. Our late nights at work will end because we will be rushing to pick up our babies from school some day.
My worrying about whether I will get pregnant will change to who is our child with tonight...call me when you get there...wear your seatbelts...etc.
Then, those worries will become a new season of life for us. I have learned to embrace each day as the gift that it really is.
I've been a bad blogger. My excuse is KT is using our computer when he's home to do homework. I wonder if that's enough reason to buy a Mac for me??!! ;)
When he's in class I go to the gym or work late. Normally do things for myself. I have a new found love...music. I love my iTunes at work, on my iPad, and iPod! It is always so nice to shut my door at work and turn on my music and work really hard without interruptions! I love my music when I run and I love to just turn it on at home. It motivates me!
A few of my new favorites...
