Last week and part of the weekend my MIL & her mom came to visit. I always love when Teresa and Grandma come. Grandma always brings her little dog Jack and he loves to play with the big dogs and they love him! Normally they cook for us and we eat really good while they're here. This time Kody grilled, but we still ate extremely well! ;)
We met them for lunch each day and went out to dinner one night. We took them to our new ice cream place, Spring Dipper, that we're so proud of! It's excellent ice cream! Cape has a new place called Kaliedascoop or something like that and I'm anxious to try that and have my annual visit to Ty's Sno Cones. Love sno cones!!
We began Kody's birthday celebration. Grandma brought him his gift and Teresa brought gifts from his siblings. Grandma got him a large wall hanging of the United States made out of license plates. It's so cool and will be perfect in our manly basement. My Mom is maybe going to start painting while we're gone to Gulf Shores. How bad is it that I hope it's done by the time we get back?! haha! She's better than anyone I could hire, so she offered to do it! He got a huge assortment of grilling gadgets that we'll put to good use this summer.

I can't believe how much weight Kody has lost. He looks like a little kid now! Haha. Congrats on the new job by the way. Maybe we will get to see you guys more often! I know anything new is scary but I'm super excited for you guys.
